This specification applies to metal snap dome membrane switches.
2. Appearance:
The product shall have no deformation or scratches. There shall be no foreign objects, rust, oil stains, burrs, or other defects on the snap dome.
3. Test Conditions:
This specification defines the standard temperature as 23°C ± 2°C and the standard humidity as 60% RH. Unless specified otherwise, testing shall be conducted under normal temperature and humidity conditions (temperature: 5°C to 35°C, humidity: 40% RH to 70% RH).

The double-layer PET dome switches are widely utilized in electronic products and mechanical devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, remote controls, automotive keypads, medical equipment, smart home devices, digital cameras, gaming controllers, appliance control panels, industrial control panels, and consumer electronics.
The double-layer PETMetal Dome Array differs from single-layer conductive film in that it includes an additional Spacer layer, allowing the dome to adhere better to the Mylar and maintain good contact with the circuit board, resulting in improved tactile feedback (similar to the "dome" effect in membrane switches). Additionally, the ventilation holes on the double-layer conductive film more effectively prevent the PET layer from being scratched by the sharp edges of the dome and prevent dust from entering the PET layer.
